The blinds were so affordable compared to some of the big name competition … we nearly didn’t take it out of suspicion there must be a catch! Well, there wasn’t. We got a combination of motorized and non motorized roller blinds for the whole home, which have worked flawlessly since installation, and look great. When we queried one tiny mark that had been made on the cloth of one of the blinds, there was no quibbling just a “we will fix it or replace it” response. Equally when we made an additional late request for an additional remote control, Ivan responded quickly and positively. In short, great product, which by not having some of the fancy frills of apps and timers etc makes a really classy yet affordable product, with great customer service.
